01 / About

I started writing software for clients when I was 16, mostly through Fiverr. Within a year I was one of the platform's top-rated freelancers. One of those client projects became PromptBox, which grew to over 30,000 users as a Chrome extension and is now a web app.

In 2022, at 18, I joined INK, the company that later became SmythOS. We were building infrastructure for AI agents before most people were talking about them. I became a founding engineer, contributed to the open-source agent runtime, led development of SmythOS Studio, and worked with enterprise customers like Toyota, Lenovo and Hyundai's 42dot.

After that I worked on the core agentic system at Skan AI, a Bay Area AI company.

I like problems where the usual tools fall short. When I couldn't find a way to convert PowerPoint files to PDF in Node.js without LibreOffice, I built one. It now gets around 2,000 downloads a week.
